OUR PROGRAM
Pricing Explained
When it comes to pricing, we can work with the prices you presented or find together the best price solution to be established. PTKeys fees are added on top of your prices and are as follows:
Customer acquisition: one rent + VAT
Property Management: 7% + VAT over the monthly rent
OUR PROGRAM
Taxation Explained
Stamp Tax
10% of the value of one rent, paid once upon contract registration with the tax authorities.
Personal Income Tax
25% of the total rental income, paid annually, relative to the previous year.
